TALENT RELEASE AND AGREEMENT

AUTHORIZATION TO REPRODUCE PHYSICAL LIKENESS

(Producers), its employees, agents, clients, and assigns, the right to photograph and/or record me and use my picture, silhouette and other reproductions of my physical likeness (as the same may appear in any still camera photograph and/or video production along with sound), in perpetuity and in connection with exhibition, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised of any commercials, pictures, stock, motion or still, in or for the advertising, distribution and/or exploitation of its services/products. I further give the said Producers the right to reproduce in any manner whatsoever any recordation’s made by Producers of my voice and all instrumental, musical or other sound effects produced by me. I understand that this does not guarantee my position in any video or project and Producers, their employees, agents and assigns, at its sole discretion, may edit my part out of the project for any reason it sees fit.
